"Invest in Africa Build Africa - 2008"

 The upcoming Invest in Africa exhibition is making headlines across various African media houses. The event was featured in Kenya's Nation Daily Newspaper (06/06/2008) and Business Daily (20/05/2008). In both articles, the interest of the Diaspora in investing back home was noted as providing a much needed source investment funds and foreign currency.

The key aim of the 2008 Invest in Africaexhibition is to continue positioning Africa firmly as an investment destination for Africans in the Diaspora as well as for international investors. We are inviting stockbrokers, investment advisers, fund managers, bankers, insurers, pension funds and other major players in the financial services market.
• BUILD AFRICA – This theme is about attracting investment into our real estate. Construction and property investment have been major vehicles that the Diaspora has used to invest in Africa. We are inviting developers, mortgage providers, real estate agents, property managers, professional institutions and other major players in the built environment to participate.
