In 2007 we held the first-ever Kenyan Property Exhibition to be held in London. The 2007 Exhibition was a huge success. We brought 16 exhibitors from Kenya and over 600 investors from the Diaspora attended the event.

The event was opened the Kenyan Minister for Housing, Hon. Peter Soita Shitanda. The exhibition was also addressed by many high-profile guests including:

- The Kenyan High Commisioner, H.E. Mr Joseph Muchemi

- The Ambassador, H.E. Mrs Amina C. Mohamed

- Managing Director of the National Housing Corporation, Mr James W. Ruitha
